And...

Having launched the mag, now is the time to look to the next issue... Hopefully, we are looking to publish Recognition Two next May - and consequently are looking for submissions... No dogma here - beyond trying to champion at least one writer/artist/creative being deserving of wider recognition per issue - if we like what we get we'll publish it... so that means anything from Flarf to Quietism (whatever that is - anything Late Marxism doesn't like?), experimental to more orthodox modes.  The field is wide enough... As much as anything, Recognition is an experiment in seeing whether such an inclusive space can exist... photography, digital art, fiction, non-fiction, poetry, criticism... The submission emails are on the free download... or leave a comment on here and we'll get back to you asap...

Recognition One has now launched...

The first edition of our new magazine - Recognition - is now available as a free download.  Featuring a celebration and evaluation of  Malcolm Lowry in his centenary year plus poetry, photography, fiction... A print copy will be available very soon.  The editors, Dominic Coutts and Rod Warner, welcome you to this new venture...
